At one time there were more than 35 islands in Poptropica! The Poptropica Creators had to make the difficult decision to turn off some of the islands as they transitioned the technology of the game from outdated Flash to a new platform so everyone could continue to play worldwide.

Go into the BAD bistro, and get the job as the chef (it is frustrating, but possible). Go to the angry guy at the table, and get his “drink” fingerprint (on the glass). Then, go into the kitchen, and go out through the pipe at the top. Jump from lamp to lamp to escape. Go to Toupee Terrace, and go to the BAD Control Center, on the right.
How do you get to spy Island Poptropica?
Welcome to Spy Island, dear agent. You’re in for a wild adventure. Enter the spy headquarters and jump up to the top where the green-and-black screen is. Talk to Director D and get the Decoder Kit from him. Now, exit and jump to the top of the building. There will be a spy crouched there.
Where to find director D on Spy Island?
When you land on Spy Island and talk to the spy in the jumpsuit, she’ll say that Director D. is waiting for you in the HQ. And you don’t want to mess with a spy, so go right, into the HQ. Director D. is on the top floor.

Untie the spy, he thanks you, beats up the guard, and now you can just leave out the bottom door. He also gives you a laser pen and your first satellite clue! Now go to Balding Avenue and talk to the spy in the bushes. he’ll give you another message which decodes to be this:
