We recommend Super Shiny Lacquer Paint Flambo, which is available in small cans of 50 ml, in 22 colours. Very covering, easy to apply, no running, very resistant to bad weather conditions.

The sandblasting process consists of exposing the surface of marble or natural stone to a sandblast of siliceous sand or high-pressure steel to do a gentle abrasion. The flow rate, speed, and pressure of the abrasive elements can be calibrated according to the desired final effect.
What kind of paint do you use on a granite headstone?
Lithichrome paint
Use the correct type of paint for granite, such as Lithichrome paint. Make sure the brush is fiber or soft, not a wire brush. Take your time. It is nearly impossible to clean paint off of unwanted surfaces on granite.
How do you seal a marble headstone?
Do use a stone or tile sealer for preserving headstones with caution. This technique doesn’t allow stone to breath as it locks in minerals and moisture; leading to deterioration. Do use clean, natural water or even distilled water. This is the most nontoxic way to clean a grave headstone.
Is acrylic paint waterproof?
Although it might be slightly water-resistant, it does not provide a waterproof coat. To make it waterproof, add a sealer over the acrylic paint. If you have not treated the surface in any way and the paint is still wet, the rain can wash away the acrylic paint.
How do you care for sandblasted marble?
Do use heat mats for hot plates or dishware, use coasters under glasses, dust mop regularly, and use floor mats to protect marble tile from unnecessary dirt. Don’t use vinegar, ammonia, or citrus cleaners on marble. Don’t use abrasive scour sponges and don’t wait too long before cleaning up any spills or stains.

There is no doubt that painting over marble can be challenging, but only if you do it the old-fashioned way, with hours of preliminary sanding. With Chalk Paint, you can cover marble in one or two coats with little to no sanding beforehand.
How long does laser engraving last on headstone?
Laser-etched text or images done on quality surfaces, such as granite, will last as long as the granite lasts without any fading or weathering. A sealant applied on top of the etching adds another layer of protection from fading as well.
